About Us

A busy, working mother of one sweet girl, I became inspired by Martha Stewart recipes and developed a passion for macaroons. I have spent most of my free time perfecting the art of creating these delicacies. After sharing my cookies with friends and co-workers, they started becoming more and more popular. I decided to expand my hobby and sell these little treats to the Antelope Valley and surrounding communities.


We are dedicated to making the world a happier place, one macaroon at a time. Each and every one of our unique cookies is made by hand, using high quality ingredients, natural and artificial food dyes, fresh fruits and nuts which we grind them to order.no short cuts here! Our macaroons are never frozen, always made fresh. Taste the difference!


  • * It takes about 2 1/2 hours to produce one batch of macaroons, making our focus on quality- not quantity. We limit the number of flavors created each week and also the number of orders processed. Please let us know 2-4 weeks in advance if you have specific catering needs.
  • * No two macaroons are exactly the same! The size of our cookies will vary between 4 1/2 - 5 cm in diameter. Our custom boxes are designed to protect each of the delicate cookies in your order.
  • * Macaroons keep well in the refrigerator for up to 7 days. They stay fresh at room temperature for up to 12 hours, and best eaten and room temperature.
  • * Macaroons are naturally gluten free.
  • * Once we finish making your macaroons order we let them rest one night in our refrigerator, which allows a maturation process that enhance and refine the flavor and texture of the macaroons.
